How to Prevent Scrapping of Polypropylen
Polypropylene (PP) is an often-used raw material for manufacturing thin films like separator films in batteries. Sometimes problems arise during the processing of PP films from different batches: Products from certain batches of raw PP granules are easy to break while those from another batch feature good quality. In our latest application note, we explain a method for reliable quality control and failure analysis of the raw PP pellets.
