From September 2 to 4, 2026, the Iberian Meeting on Kriechen (Rheologie)Creep is one of the earliest “controlled stress” rheometer tests that quite literally “creeps” the material, i.e. we measure over a relatively prolonged period the small movement (the creep defined as creep compliance, J) of the sample by applying a small constant stress.Rheology (IBEREO 2026) will take place at the Ferrol Industrial Campus of the University of A Coruña. This international conference is jointly organized by the Spanish Group of Rheology (GER) and the Portuguese Society of Rheology (SPR) and brings together the rheology community from academia and industry.

The program highlights current developments in rheology—from fundamental questions to practical applications and industrial perspectives. With technical presentations, poster sessions, keynote speeches, plenary lectures, and an industry-focused roundtable discussion, the event offers a valuable platform for professional exchange, networking, and new ideas.
