Complex Shear Modulus (G*)

Shear modulus is a measurement of the stiffness of a material.

The complex shear modulus (G*) is the ratio calculated by dividing the absolute value of the peak-to-peak shear stress, τ, by the absolute value of the peak-to-peak shear strain, γ from a dynamic oscillation measurement.
