Test procedure

The test equipment is suitable for carrying out the tests of vertical flame spread using 1 kW flame of propane-air mixture for a wire or a single insulated line or cable.

The test equipment is also suitable for evaluating falling burning drops/parts, when a wire cable, a cable, a line or a fiber optic cable is subjected to defined fire conditions. – according to EN 60332-1
