NETZSCH Workshop: Applying rheometry techniques for food processing and digestion

In this workshop, participants will learn how to apply rheology for studying and optimizing unit operations in food processing, approaching mouthfeel and how to simulate digestion with the help of a rheometer platform. The workshop covers high pressure capillary rheometry and rotational rheometry techniques.
